Re-homing process

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING AN ANIMAL PLEASE COMPLETE  THE

ONLINE HOME CHECK FORM

We do require this form to be completed before we can respond to any adoption query

Taylors is open STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT only

We will contact you following receipt of the form if the animal is still available and you may be able to provide a suitable home.

Due to the very large number of enquiries we receive, we are unable to reply if the animal is no longer available or not suited to your home.

If you have not heard from us within 10 days, your application has unfortunately been unsuccessful on this occasion.

For details of how we process you information, please refer to our Branch Privacy Policy

  1. Fill out the form (link above).  Please name the animal you are interested in, or the type of animal.
  2. We will contact you if there is a suitable animal available.  An appointment will be made for you to view the animal. We may contact you for pictures of the home/surroundings.*  Due to the very large number of enquiries we receive, we will not be able to contact you if the specific animal is reserved, or if no suitable animal is available at the time.
  3. The appointment will allow us to interview you regarding the suitability of the animal as well as allowing you to meet the animal.
  4. If suitable, the animal can then be reserved and arrangements made for time and date of pick up.
  5. The animal can then be collected and the adoption fee paid. Paperwork and details of the animal will be provided.
  6. After at least 12 weeks you will receive a phone call to enquire how the animal is getting on in their new home.

*Rented accommodation permission will need to be provided if applicable
